Nancy-Ellen, a native of Philadelphia, PA, is a novelist, poet, songwriter, painter, sculptor and teacher. She is President and COO of Liberation Fellowship Community Development Corporation, a federally tax exempt nonprofit charitable organization. She is also a motivational speaker who seeks to encourage and promote self-development, especially among women. Nancy co-produces and co-hosts LIFE, LIBERTY & THE PURSUIT OF HAPPINESS, a weekly radio journal that focuses on economic development, HIV/AIDS education, environmental justice issues and the arts and culture. She maintains NellenArt, a graphic design company that produces logos, brochures, book covers and website designs.
