Tod Ewing is in his 25th year of diversity consulting and training and is a speaker and author. He is a Spiritual Psychology master’s degree candidate. His publications include a co authored teacher student diversity curriculum, designed for grades 7-12 and a spiritually based compilation entitled “Toward Oneness,” with a follow up in progress. Tod believes there is a noble transformational spirit in human beings, and that it must be tapped to genuinely overcome the remaining chasm between Blacks and Whites. He believes that unity and justice will be achieved only as we act upon principles inherent in that nobility.
