He is a longtime figure skating enthusiast, author, seafarer, navy pilot, trucking chief. Bill shares his varied career experiences with his children. His daughter, Dirke, was an international competitor and is now a figure skating coach as well as a co-producer of ice shows. He lives aboard his cruising sailboat, currently in Annapolis, MD.
