Margaret Ryals grew up in a small Georgia town working on the family farm growing tobacco and vegetables, never thinking she would ever write a book. She managed convenience stores for decades, and co-owned Ryals Car Detail with husband Kenny. Her life is rich with family, children, grandchildren and friends.

Emmy award-winner Jonna Rae Bartges began as a newspaper journalist and TV news producer. She handled PR for Disneyland, Sea World, Legoland and TV stations in Miami and LA before starting her communications company.
