WARNER B. BAIR, II has been practicing law for almost four decades. He has been a prosecuting attorney, defense attorney and a judge. He is a graduate of the National District Attorney’s College where he returned as a member of the faculty and a graduate of the National Judicial College. During his career, he prosecuted and defended charges ranging from narcotic offenses to first degree murder charges.
