Jose D. Fermin is the author of 1904 World’s Fair: The Filipino Experience, and two travel memoirs, Globe Trotting and Memories of Adventure. A magna cum laude business graduate, a CPA, an MBA-degree holder, he has taught at the graduate school of business of the De La Salle University. He had been president and CEO of several corporations. A firm believer in life planning, which is his personal life philosophy, and a “passionate” traveler, he has explored the world and visited all its seven continents, including Antarctica. Born in the Philippines, Mr. Fermin now resides in New York City.
