Jen Purcell worked the restaurant circuit for almost fifteen years. From Boston to Ft. Lauderdale, to the Virgin Island of St. Thomas, she could be found pouring martinis and dancing on bar stools with an entourage of crazy friends. She currently lives in North Carolina where she spends her free time raising three sons, throwing baseballs, doing homework, and pretending she’s always been nothing less than responsible.
