Bill Stevens graduated from Andover and Yale University. After a turbulent personal and roller-coaster financial marketing career in Chicago, Mr. Stevens found himself with two teenage daughters, divorced, and broke. Unwilling to dye his hair and kiss Morgan Stanley’s derriere, he traded his Armani suit for the uniform of a TSA Screener and hefted bags at OHare for some seven years.
The Promise of America is Mr. Stevens’ initial novel of a series entitled, The Fitzpatrick Saga. He resides in West Virginia with his charming wife Eliza, two irascible Corgis and an recalcitrant cat. Visit Bill at www.billstevensbooks.com
