Janet Telders has been cooking for years – and riding even longer. She is Maitre Randonneur, as well as holder of a teaching certificate from the French National School of Equitation in Saumur. She is an award-winning copywriter, in addition to having published several short stories. She and her husband lived in Brittany, in France. After his death, she converted a hilltop farm into a trail-riding center and school. Though retired, she still lives in the Breton hills, and still keeps horses. This book is based on her years as proprietor, horsewoman and -- lucky for us -- cook.
