Bernice Weston grew up in Brooklyn, New York in the post-Depression era of the 1930’s and 1940’s. After practicing law for several years, she married Richard Weston and moved to England where her three children were born. During that time, she became the founder of Weight Watchers-United Kingdom and expanded the franchise to a membership of 1.5 million people due, in no small part, to her natural talent as a motivational speaker. She is the published author of seven books and currently resides in Los Angeles where she is thrilled to be able to watch her granddaughter grow up.
