As a child, C. O. Stephan was encouraged to read. As a result, he developed a love for all types of literature. Librarians became accustomed to his frequent, and often long, visits.
He especially enjoyed history, science fiction, and fantasy. Reading provided a way to escape a dull day and enter a different world or age.
Today he enjoys creating worlds and races from an imagination that was allowed to grow and stretch beyond the confines of the here and now. He hopes his writings will feed the dreams and spark the creative juices in the next generation.
