James Bulmer has over 30 years’ experience as a management consultant specializing in process and project management. James has worked with Microsoft Project since 1997. He has been working with Microsoft’s Enterprise Management Solution since the introduction of Project Server 2002. He is a Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP), a Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist (MCTS) in Managing Projects with Microsoft Office Project 2007, Enterprise Project Management with Microsoft Office Project Server 2007, and Microsoft Project 2010, Managing Projects, a Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP) in Microsoft Office Project Server 2007, Managing Projects and Programs and a Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT).
