Dr. Charles A. Stone and Marc Carver are veterans of the Austin International Poetry Festival, as contributors to its anthology (Di-Verse-City) and featured readers at the many venues that open the festival to the residents of Austin. Each has published poetry in collections, journals and anthologies that have reached international audiences. Differences in their personal writing styles and backgrounds led them believe that diversity is the key to successful poetry festivals and resulted in collaboration on this collection.
