Biography:
The author is a practicing lawyer licensed by the states of Florida and Tennessee; a member of the United States Court of Federal Claims and the United States Tax Court.
His formal education is a Doctor of Jurisprudence (J.D. 1973) from Cumberland School of Law, Birmingham, Alabama, Master of the Laws of Taxation (LL.M 1974) and International Banking (LL.M 1992) from Boston University School of Law.
He studied International Law and Taxation in Tulane University’s Graduate School of Law program in New Orleans, Louisiana for four years and received the degree of Doctor of Juridical Science, (S.J.D. 1996).
