Frances Acesta Scandariato was born in Brooklyn, New York. After graduating high school, she worked in a Manhattan bank in their Foreign Currency Department. When Frances and her family moved to Florida, she earned her Bachelor’s Degree at FAU and was a Nova University Master’s Degree recipient in the field of education. She has had the good fortune to work in both the banking and educational areas, and experienced the wonders of life through family gatherings.
