Roger Guzman, a retired physician, worked for the Atlantic Health Sciences Corporation and was a Lecturer for Dalhousie Medical School. He was past president of the NBPA and served in the Board of Directors of the American College of Forensic Psychiatry. He has published articles in a number of professional journals and the History of NBPA.
