Chris was raised on a small dairy farm in the mid-west and spent three years in the US Air Force before attending a mid-western university where he earned a BS, an MS and a PhD. He spent the next 30 years employed at that same university and another ten years as a rural property appraiser. After retiring he served as a volunteer for various local organizations. Yolanda was a small town girl and a clerk before joining the WAAC and then becoming a military wife. Chris and Yolanda compiled this book to share their true love with others.
