Linda Catalano currently lives in New Jersey with her two daughters, Tara, 23, and Laurie, 18. Around the age of 19 or 20, Linda started watching, learning, and helping her parents cook. Her dad was always creating new dishes to prepare and always shared them with the entire family. As the years went by, she complied all these recipes from both her family and her husband’s family. Of this book, Linda says, “I think my Dad and my husband, who are both deceased, would have been proud of me for creating a book with many of their favorite recipes.”
