Mike Garner has served as a pastor, a missionary, and as the Dean of The Institute for Global Outreach Developments International. In the eighties Mike worked with Jaime Balista to establish Living Word Fellowship in Tacloban City, Philippines and taught at Zion Bible Institute. Mike travelled extensively throughout Luzon and the Visayan Islands preaching and teaching. In the nineties Mike pastored Living Word Christian Center in Santa Paula, California. Mike earned M.Div., M.A.R., and D.Min. degrees from Azusa Pacific University in California. In 2004 Mike joined G.O.D. International to become the founding Dean of the ministry’s missionary training institute.
