Grossman, Ph.D. designed the Partnership Intensive personal development workshops, teaches about partnership governance and community development/management at Rutgers University-The State University of New Jersey, and established a community and business development and management company that specializes in public-private partnerships and downtown revitalization. He is the author of Partnership Governance and a series of articles on personal development, downtown and community revitalization, and public management. He also is a jazz, blues and folk singer.
