Biography:

Robert M L Baker earned a bachelor's degree in Physics at UCLA with highest honors (summa cum laude), Phi Beta Kappa, master's degree in Physics and a Ph.D. in Engineering at UCLA. Faculty Department of Astronomy and Department of Engineering at UCLA. He won the UCLA Physics Prize. Director of the Lockheed Astrodynamics Research Center and President of West Coast University. Fellow of the American Association for the Advancement of Science. Vice Chairperson of the first International High-Frequency Gravitational Wave (HFGW) Conference and Workshop at the MITRE Corporation in 2003, appointed Chairman of the HFGW Symposium at the Johns Hopkins University Applied Physics.
