Shirley Tracy currently resides in Florida with her husband David. Because of her father’s military career, she grew up moving frequently, experiencing life in several states and the Philippine Islands. She holds a BA degree in English from Hendrix College in Conway, Arkansas, and attended graduate school at Texas Christian University in Ft. Worth. Her writing includes public relations material, short stories as "work for hire" for daycare curricula, Christian devotions, and articles for newspapers and magazines. She enjoys reading, writing, music, and travel. Her greatest joys are her three children and four grandchildren.
