Larry D. Rudder has a B.A. in History and Government, and M.Ed and S.D. in Education from Southern Illinois University at Edwardsville, Illinois. In addition, he holds a Certificate of Graduation from Moody Bible Institute in Chicago, Illinois, has attended Wheaton College in Wheaton, Illinois, and is certified to teach high school History, Social Studies, and Sociology in Illinois.

He has traveled throughout the country conducting conferences in churches and schools and has served as a Judge of Elections in his community for a number of years. He has also served as a Precinct Committeeman.
