He lives in Port Neches, Tx. He started working with the youth in 1975. He has served as Sunday School teacher and Preteen and Youth Camp worker. He graduated from Lamar University in 1978. He attended Victory Temple in Beaumont, Tx. until 1992. He currently is a member of First Baptist Church in Port Neches, Tx. He has served as editor of the Union Enlightner and currently is Legislative Aide for APWU local 469 in Beaumont, Tx. His hobbies include chess and playing fanasty sports. He and his wife Arlene have been married since 1979 and have three children.
