  Let poetry sing... , 04/23/2007
Reviewer: Paula
It's clear from reading these poems that the poet intends for each piece to "sing" to the reader. The beauty of emotions, music, nature and life are some of the themes explored by Reynaldo and are exquisitely conveyed in his work. His poetic expression is enchanting and communicated in an easy to read style that makes the poetry extremely accessible and immediate. In "To Fill The Day With Singing Colours" Reynaldo contemplates what it would be like "To fill the day out with singing colours"...seeking to "drink in the elixir of starlight, for it's intoxicating buzz.." and in "Morning, Noon and Night" the passage of time is also explored through song and dance: "Morning Majesty, Lift up above the rooftops and seranade the pale moon....Let's step in from the fringes and dance." It is indeed magical and worth reading if you enjoy charming and delightful poetry that also has a song to sing....
