Abstract:
Pepperonis On My Pizza is a humorous tale of Zack Michael and the bad luck he has entering his first year at Sycamore Middle School. Zack, unfortunately, is placed in Mrs. Jinx’s homeroom class. Zack has to write about goofy quotes in a journal, pick a “Frosty Friend,” and keep secrets from his best friends, Ernie and Richie. When Mrs. Jinx is hurt in a car accident, Zack and Allison decide that the homeroom class must do something for her. Using one of Mrs. Jinx’s quotes for inspiration, Zack learns that middle school may not be so bad after all.
