Easy to understand and follow, and not expensive. I'm involved in numerous all-volunteer organizations (no paid staff) and I recommend this book to all to help improve their effectiveness and efficiency. Very few of the organizations with which I am involved pass along written orientation for new officers and chairpersons; having at least a flowchart would be of major benefit to the incoming officers and chairpersons and therefore the organization by making the transition easier and more effective, and reducing the frustration that may cause him/her to resign early.
