Ms. Bruce, teacher, quality assurance specialist, and author of Flowcharting for Quality Improvement, is also a person of strong faith. She endured a siege of adversity that lasted several years experiencing one problem after another. Through all of this she kept a journal. Years later, when life had improved, she read through the journal and was amazed at how God had worked in her life. She saw in the journal, not a chronology of problems, but a journey of faith, hope and sustenance. With so many people overwhelmed with troubles, she wanted to pass the hope on.
