Abstract:
When Charles Carson attends a conference in New Orleans he visits his childhood neighborhood and takes a few photographs of the house he shared with his grandmother. It should have been a memorable experience, but the bizarre events follow. He is interrogated by the police and followed in the French Quarter by an unsavory character. Later, his business associate and the French Quarter stalker are found murdered in separate incidents. Although Carson is not a suspect in either case, he is the only person with ties not only to the victims, but also to the murder suspects and potential witnesses.
