Albert C. Cook, a retired Assistant Superintendent of Schools in San Diego, California, served two years as a of Safe and Drug Free Schools consultant to the United States Office of Education. He is also a retired administrator with the Municipal Court in the City of Las Vegas, Nevada, where he served two years as President of the Nevada Association of Court Clerks and Administrators. Born in New Orleans, he now lives in the San Diego area with his wife, Wilhelmine Cook. His hobbies include senior softball, and golf.
