Abstract:
An inspiring true story of a young man’s journey in faith triggered by a spontaneous and recurring detached retina. During the seemingly never-ending ordeal Scott discovers how to wait on the Lord. What we feed ourselves while we wait, through thought, word and deed, strengthens our faith. While our physical body mends by the touch of God’s healing hand, we ask ourselves why we are being put through the ordeal. It is easy to become bitter, but we must continue to trust in the Lord who is always putting us in situations to make us a better person.
