Nereu Florencio Kock Jr. (Ned) holds a PhD in business management and information systems from the University of Waikato, in New Zealand. He is the Director of the E-Collaboration Research Center and Class of 1961 Associate Professor in the College of Business and Economics, Lehigh University, in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania. Ned is the author of four other books, including Process Improvement and Organizational Learning: The Role of Collaboration Technologies, and many articles published in journals and magazines. He is also a regular speaker in international conferences.
