Biography:

Glenn Knight is the author of two Oregon novels: Willamette County and Comity. In addition he has published Ashes in the Dawn, selected poems, and Wild Bird, Lost, stories and other pieces (memoir and essay). A long time teacher in Dallas, Oregon, he is a Polk County historian, having served two terms as president of The Polk County Historical Society. His writing is gentle, often poetic, and always enriched with characters with depth and strength of mind and soul. He has often said, “I would have beauty around me.” His writing reflects that desire.
