Greg Smith was born on November 16, 1956. He graduated from West Chester University in 1988, with a BA in Social Work. Among the author’s numerous honors are reception of the Alumni Achievement Award in 1986 and a member of Phi Beta Kappa while in college. Greg continues to be an advocate for the disabled in his community. Greg is currently a social worker at a nursing home outside of Philadelphia, PA. This is Greg’s first book, although his first published work occurred in September 1992, with an article in Catholic Digest titled “A Teenager in Lourdes”. At home in Phoenixville, PA, Greg lives with his mother, Ann, and their pet Pekinese dog, Louie. Greg has 4 brothers, 1 sister and tons of nieces and nephews. Greg is currently single. For fun he enjoys sports, music and movies.
