KB Inglee grew up in New England but has lived in Delaware for 25 years. Her family is smaller than the Philips family. She loves animals, reading, knitting and writing. For several years she has put on authentic clothing and helped teach history to children. She has written historical mystery fiction for adults set throughout the 19th century. This is her first children’s novel, though she found it so much fun to write, she is working on another. Cover artist Jessica Moskowitz lives and works in Delaware.
