Richard Cox was born in Mobile, Alabama. He was educated in the public schools of Alabama, Maryland, and California. He holds undergraduate degrees in Liberal Arts and English, and a Master’s Degree in Education. Mister Cox has dozens of articles, several non-fiction books, and two novels to his credit.

Mister Cox lives and works in Cedar Vale, Kansas.
