Retired from teaching since 1999, and with Phenie’s World begging to be told, Shakura Mary Jane Young finally found the time to indulge her passion for writing. When not writing, she can be found working in her organic gardens on her 16 acre North Idaho farm. When snowbound in winter, she might be curled up in front of the fire with her four cats.
