Larry Turner moved to Virginia after retiring from a career in physics at American and English colleges and laboratories. His poetry has appeared in many print and online magazines. He has published two books of poetry, Stops on the Way to Eden and Beyond in 1992 and Eden and Other Addresses in 2005. He also edited three anthologies for the Riverside Writers chapter of the Virginia Writers Club. His poetry and prose have won many prizes in national and Virginia contests. In Illinois he produced a series “Writers Read” on community access television.
