Biography:
The author is a union stagehand/filmmaker in New York City. He previously worked as a house builder, a commercial roofer, a deckhand on an Alaskan salmon fishing boat, a boatbuilding carpenter at the South Street Seaport and doing medieval castle stonemasonry restoration in Southern France and Italy. He has volunteered on archeological digs in Arizona and Mallorca. First began theatrical work traveling with The Big Apple Circus and Cirque du Soliel, and prior to becoming a stagehand, performed on the other side of the stage with several bands. Every year he got booed off the stage at the Bob Dylan imitation contest in New York. Has been writing poetry since childhood.
