Leroy Terry is married and has three daughters and eight grandchildren. Shreveport has been his home all his life. He is retired from Lucent Technologies. He and his wife Mary Jane, spend much of their time hunting and fishing around their camp on Black Bayou. ATCHAFALAYA BLACK GOLD is his first novel. As an avid sportsman and wildlife artist, his knowledge and love of the bayous, lakes, swamps and forest played a big part in the writing of this book. Leroy is writing a second book entitled THE SINGULARITY at this time.
