Kathleen Bovaird has 32 years experience in the working world with 22 of those years in a management or leadership role. From a very young age she was known to ask a lot of questions especially why. She is an avid reader, research enthusiast and conversationalist. She is a mentor to many young people stepping into management roles with the generational and personality differences. She also participates in “Life Coaching” assisting others in personal growth. Kathleen resides in Columbus Georgia with her husband David. She has two children Cari and Matt and two sweet grandbabies Bryant and Caden.
