Biography:
Born in 1927 in Foxboro, Mass. Master’s Degree from Conn. State Teacher’s College. Retired teacher, mother, grandmother, great grandmother.
‘Closet authoress’ of children’s stories and books, 6 (unpublished) novels, and a book of poetry. Happily married for 59 years to a well known pen and ink artist, Gerald Ciarcia.
Loves to write anywhere, dancing, movies and travel. She also makes time to do volunteer work in a church library and in a women’s abuse shelter where she teaches a course on ‘Creative Journeying’.
Divides her time, between camping summers in Massachusetts, and ‘snow birding’ in New Port Richey, Florida.
