Sylvia Fiorello is a retired teacher, with a background in English, prevention education and adult education. She spent her last five years before retirement as a family literacy teacher for Erie 2 Chautauqua-Cattaraugus BOCES. She knows intimately the pain endured by children who are the products of unhealthy eating and lack of exercise. As an adult who follows a healthy Mediterranean diet she loves golfing, quilting, cooking, and being a “nana” to her three little grandsons. She and her husband spend part of the year in Florida and part in western New York.
