Surakhan is definitely a man to be admired. His actions have generated many contributions to such worthy causes. Surakhan is a filmmaker, director, author and motivational speaker, just to name a few of his many talents.
In 2005 Surakhan brought to life the book and documentary, Life on the Walk of Fame: The Virginia Capers Story, where he captured the life of Tony-award winning actor Virginia Capers, best know for her role as Grandma Hattie Banks on the NBC sitcom, “The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air,” that starred Will Smith.
