Wieslaw J. Jurkiewicz - Professional Civil Engineer, presently retired, former member of Association of Professional Engineers of Ontario and New Brunswick, American Society of Civil Engineers, Project Management Institute, American Association of Cost Engineers International - was involved in many engineering projects in Germany, Canada, USA, Brazil, Italy, Saudi Arabia, Poland, and West Africa. Acquired computer programming proficiency, developed several applications for engineering design and project management, and obtained US copyrights for some of his programs. Published two articles on Project Accounting by Dual-Entry in the Cost Engineering magazine and presented his paper on Annual Meeting of AACEI, June 1999, in Denver, Colorado.
