Paul Andberg grew up in Anoka, Minnesota. At eighteen, he started an engineering curriculum at the University of Minnesota, but had a difficult time applying himself. He dropped out of college, worked to earn travel money, and then traveled to Australia. After a ten-week hunting/work/travel adventure, he decided he was ready to return and give college another try. He married his high school sweetheart, completed college, and became an aerospace physicist. Ten years later, he started his own computer consulting company. He and his wife are now retired and living in Central Florida. They recently visited all lower 48 states by motorcycle.
