Dr. Kelly has served as teacher of reading, mathematics and social studies Pre K – 12, building and central office administrator, state education department official and college professor. In his work in inner city, middle class and affluent schools he has facilitated increased student achievement, improved student discipline and increased teacher morale. His school improvement work is based on the systems ideas of W. Edwards Deming, psychology of William Glasser, ethics of Aristotle and his own extensive experience. Current efforts are based on the false assumption “we need more money.” He has demonstrated we can do more and better with less.
