Biography:

Thomas F. La Vecchia, MBA, aka “The Sales Expert,” is the creator of the X Factor Selling System. He has worked in the pharmaceutical/medical device space in both the individual contributor role and in sales leadership. He has won more than ten national sales awards and has led his colleagues to win another ten awards. He has his Masters of Business Administration from Fairleigh Dickinson University in Hackensack New Jersey and his undergraduate degree from Rutgers University. Thomas’s accomplishments during his twenty years of corporate experience include bringing up regional sales teams to top ranking positions, as well as coaching and developing high performance sales professionals.
