Margery Stone grew up in Massachusetts and received a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Clark University. For several years she lived in Boston, working mostly in libraries. Since then she has lived in West Virginia; Cambridge, England; Virginia and Upstate New York. She has done volunteer work in the political arena as well as in Domestic Violence and Hospice. She has owned a feminist bookstore and has written various manuscripts, the latter now residing in her storage room. She lives in Western Pennsylvania with her Significant Other. They have a dog and two cats.
