Philip Bulone, is a parent and grandparent with over 25 years experience in law enforcement and substance abuse counseling and education. A retired New York City Police Department Detective, he worked in the Narcotics Division and Detective Bureau. He served two years on the Advisory Committee to the New York State Senate Sub-Committee on Alcoholism and Drug Abuse. Phil has worked in substance abuse education and counseling on Long Island, New York and in South Florida. Phil has a Master of Science degree in Criminal Justice and a Professional Certificate in Alcohol and Drug Education.
